Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
- Perform data entry for customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Respond to customer emails effectively
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet established service level agreements
- Execute additional assigned tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Intelligent and quick learner
- No previous BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
