Position: Camp Boss

Location: Offshore Barges, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee the camp operations on offshore barges in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent logistical expertise, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of working in an offshore environment. This is a 2-year contract position with a rotational work schedule of 3 months offshore followed by 1 week of field break.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Camp Operations: Manage all aspects of the camp, including staff, facilities, and day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of living for all personnel.

• Logistics and Resources Management: Ensure that food, accommodation, transportation, and other essential resources are well-organized and available for the camp workers.

• Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise camp staff, including coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.

• Health and Safety: Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of all camp residents. Be proactive in managing any health or safety issues that arise.

• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the offshore team and onshore management. Ensure all necessary updates and reports are communicated in a timely manner.

• Maintain Records: Track and maintain accurate records of camp resources, personnel, and other logistical data to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage Operational Budget: Oversee the camp budget, managing resources efficiently and ensuring cost control without compromising the quality of services provided.

Package and Benefits:

• Salary Range: AED 4,200 to AED 6,000 per month, based on experience.

• Leave: 1-month paid leave with a free return flight ticket after completing one year of service.

• Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company.

• Medical Insurance: Full medical insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.

• Rotational Schedule: 3 months working offshore, followed by 1 week of field break.
