Camp Boss

The Camp Boss oversees the efficient and safe operation of camp facilities, ensuring a comfortable living environment for occupants. This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing the needs of camp residents.

• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of camp facilities, including accommodation, dining areas, and recreational spaces.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Manage waste disposal and environmental considerations.
• Ensure that accommodations are equipped with necessary amenities and adhere to safety standards.
• Coordinate transportation logistics for incoming and outgoing personnel.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures. Provide first aid support and coordinate with medical services when necessary.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide first aid support and coordinate with medical services when necessary.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the camp and its occupants. Respond to and manage emergency situations.
• Address the needs and concerns of camp occupants in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain records related to camp operations, including occupancy, maintenance, and supplies.
• To supervise Camp Administrators/Camp Bosses on routine work.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred 
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a fast-paced industry
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well and multitask
• Pleasant and welcoming personality
• Ability to get along with co-workers and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
