Job Description - Captain Waiter

To ensure that the Outlet ismanaged efficiently according to the established conceptstatements.
To ensure that all operatingstandards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of serviceestablished in the Departmental OperationsManual.
To assign responsibilities tosubordinates and to check their performanceperiodically
To be on the floor at alltimes.
To assist in the operations during busyperiods.
To liaise with the Kitchen andBeverage department on daily operation and quality. To handle allguest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage andservice. To establish a rapport with guests maintaining goodcustomer relationship. To ensure that the Outlet / Restaurantcashiering procedures are strictly adhered to. To assist in therevision and updating of the Outlet / Restaurant DepartmentalOperations Manual on an as needed basis. To assist in planning andorganizing festive food promotions within the Outlet / Restaurantmanager.
