Captain Waiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter at Wraith Investments LLC in Dubai. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the food service department. The role will involve communicating with customers, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and supervising the waitstaff.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Ability to cook and prepare meals
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different cuisines and food safety regulations is a plus
