Cardiac Anesthesia Physician

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesia Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. This position is crucial for performing specialized anesthesia services tailored to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries. As a Cardiac Anesthesia Physician, you'll assess patients pre-operatively, establish anesthesia plans, administer anesthesia during surgeries, and provide post-operative care. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to our mission of excellence in cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients prior to surgical procedures
• Design and implement individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients during cardiac surgeries
• Respond effectively to any anesthetic complications, ensuring patient safety
• Provide post-operative pain management and assess recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with advances in cardiac anesthesia

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia
• Board certification in Anesthesiology and/or Cardiac Anesthesia preferred
• Extensive knowledge of cardiac surgery procedures and anesthesia-related risks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure environments
