Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist / Consultant

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant to join our team. As a Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing specialized anesthesia services specifically tailored to cardiac surgeries and procedures.

As a Cardiac Anesthesia Specialist/Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiac surgeons and other healthcare professionals, to deliver optimal patient care and achieve successful outcomes in complex cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical history and perform pre-operative assessments for cardiac procedures
• Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patients
• Administer anesthesia during cardiac surgeries, including open-heart surgeries, heart transplants, and valve replacements
• Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation levels, and response to anesthesia during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide pain management strategies specific to cardiac patients
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of cardiac anesthesia through continuous learning and professional development

• Medical degree
• Substantial experience and expertise in administering anesthesia for cardiac surgeries and procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and anesthesia protocols specific to cardiac patients
• Experience in monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and responses during cardiac procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment
