As a Cardiac Electrophysiologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients suffering from various arrhythmias. You will perform sophisticated electrophysiological studies, catheter ablation procedures, and manage the implantation of cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Your expertise will be pivotal in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ medical histories and fulfill comprehensive cardiac assessments.
• Perform electrophysiological studies to accurately diagnose and map cardiac arrhythmias.
• Execute catheter ablation techniques and manage the implantation of cardiac devices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed of the latest advancements in cardiac electrophysiology.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options.

Requirements:

• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology with specialized training in Electrophysiology.
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing cardiac arrhythmias.
• Expertise in performing electrophysiological studies and catheter ablations.
• Experience in implanting and overseeing cardiac devices, including pacemakers and defibrillators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
