SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Cardiac Surgery position. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate professional. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cardiac surgical procedures, providing pre-operative and post-operative care, and working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients suffering from cardiac diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to determine the need for surgical intervention.
• Perform complex surgical procedures related to the heart, such as coronary artery bypass surgery and heart valve repair/replacement.
• Manage post-operative care and monitor patient recovery, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of a residency in General Surgery followed by a fellowship in Cardiac Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery and a valid state medical license.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac surgery.
• Proven ability to perform a wide range of cardiac procedures with precision and skill.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Dedication to improving the health and well-being of patients through surgical intervention.
