Responsibilities

• Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, and congenital defect repairs.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
• Work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage postoperative care, monitor recovery, and address complications promptly and effectively.
• Provide patients and families with clear information regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of surgical procedures and patient progress.
• Stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.

• Medical degree with specialization in Cardiac Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Cardiac Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Proven experience in performing a range of cardiac surgeries in a clinical setting.
• Deep understanding of cardiac anatomy, surgical procedures, and postoperative care protocols.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage critical situations calmly and effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
