Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with cardiac and thoracic conditions.

• Perform various surgical procedures, such as coronary artery bypass grafting, lung resections, and valve repairs.
• Oversee patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures to ensure successful recovery.
• Engage in continuing education to stay informed about new techniques, procedures, and technologies in cardio thoracic surgery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in clinical research efforts and educational initiatives within the institution.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in cardio thoracic surgery.
• Board certification in cardio thoracic surgery is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in performing complex cardio thoracic surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
• Excellent surgical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and interact with patients.
