Key Responsibilities:

• Medical degree with specialization and board certification in cardio thoracic surgery
• Proven experience working in the private healthcare sector or equivalent setting
• Demonstrated expertise in performing complex cardio thoracic surgical procedures with excellent patient outcomes
• Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, patient safety, and quality assurance in private healthcare environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
