Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Our company is looking for a highly proficient Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be tasked with performing complex surgical procedures on patients with conditions affecting the heart and thoracic cavity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with cardiac and thoracic issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repairs, and thoracic surgeries.
• Utilize state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgical techniques to enhance recovery and outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care.
• Monitor patient recovery and manage any complications that arise promptly and effectively.
• Engage in research to advance the field of cardiothoracic surgery and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all patient care activities.

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a cardiothoracic surgical role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with advanced surgical procedures of the heart and chest.
• Strong understanding of cardiac and thoracic anatomy and physiology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Able to work well under pressure and make informed decisions rapidly.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development.
• Current medical license to practice in the state.
