Cards Issuing Architect

Domain Expertise
● Strong knowledge of Cards Issuing (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).
● Deep understanding of the card lifecycle issuance, activation, renewal,
replacement.
● Experience with digital banking, fintech, customer onboarding, KYC/AML, and
risk management.
● Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Technical Skills
● Hands-on experience with card platforms such as TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data,
or equivalent issuing platforms.
● Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BIN management, EMV, and
tokenization.
● Expertise in API design and integration (REST APIs, Open APIs).
● Integration experience with 
● Core Banking
● Fraud systems
● Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
● Strong understanding of 
● Microservices Architecture
● SOA
● Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
● Docker, Kubernetes
● CI/CD and DevOps practices
● Knowledge of PCI-DSS, cryptography, secure key management, tokenization, and
regulatory compliance.
