Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers politely upon arrival at parking/drive -in area
  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately from customers in their cars
  
• Explain menu items, promotions, and upsell when applicable
  
• Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers’ vehicles
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally
  

Order & Payment Handling

• Relay orders accurately to kitchen or POS system
  
• Handle cash, card, or digital payments correctly
  
• Issue receipts and return correct change
  
• Follow company cash -handling procedures
  

Food Handling & Safety

• Carry and serve food and beverages safely and neatly
  
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature standards
  
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety policies at all times
  

Operational Support

• Assist with cleaning service areas, trays, and equipment
  
• Support FOH team during peak hours
  
• Restock condiments, packaging, and service items
  
• Follow SOPs and brand standards consistently
  

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain personal hygiene and proper uniform standards
  
• Follow health, safety, and company policies
  
• Report hazards, spills, or safety concerns immediately

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or basic education preferred
  
• Previous experience in fast food, QSR, or customer service is an advantage
  
• Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is a plus)
  
• Friendly, energetic, and customer -focused attitude
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
  
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (training can be provided)
  
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Team player with a positive work ethic
