Job Description - Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately

Process cash, card, and digital payments through the POS system

Upsell menu items and promote special offers

Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen

Pack and hand over completed takeaway and delivery orders

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front area

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Balance the cash drawer and complete end-of-shift cashier procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Order Taker, or Food Runner in the F&B industry

Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions

Good communication and customer service skills

Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Well-groomed, reliable, and a team player

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
