The ideal Head Grower will have 5+ years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience, with at least 2+ years of that experience as a people manager in a cultivation ;You have managed indoor cultivation facilities from 2k square feet and upward of 80k square feet (and are successful managing both) and have solid IPM ; You have phenomenal communication skills, enabling you to explain complex horticultural information to individuals who dont have a background in this, and enjoy being part of a team, versus only spending time with the ;Ideally, youll have a degree in horticulture or You are an expert when it comes to climate control and understand crop planning and It is preferred that you understand the climate complexities of the If you love all aspects of managing a grow cycle, mentoring/managing the people who also have a strong passion for growing, and developing your direct reports, then wed love to see your resume to be considered for this opportunity!
