looking for an active Paymaster cum General Cashier to join their extraordinary team. Responsible for banking function and administering the General Cashier fund in a timely and efficient manner. Process the monthly payroll of all Colleagues and maintaining payroll records of each Colleague.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for banking function and administering the General Cashier fund in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect the daily deposit in presence of witness from the Hotel safe in accordance with Hotel Standards
• Deposit the daily collection in the designated bank while accompanied by Hotel security in accordance with Hotel Standards
• Prepare the General Cashier Daily Report in a timely manner
• Prepare all payroll reports and Journal vouchers as per the standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• The position required a high organization skill, highly motivated, focus on training and developing staff member and good administration skill.
