Are you ready to drive innovation in the Beverages category for a global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty

Join our dynamic Taste & Wellbeing Regional Innovation team as a Category Marketing Manager, where you will shape the future of beverages in the vibrant SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, and Africa) region. This exciting role places you at the heart of our Dubai office, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Innovation for SAMEA.

You will develop and execute category strategies, focusing on innovation and value creation to drive growth. This individual contributor role offers collaboration with cross-functional team partners in our Commercial organisation, Science and Technology, Creation and Application, Consumer & Sensory Insights, Pricing, Operations, Purchasing, and Frontline technical teams. You will be a key member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Innovation team. Although a part of the role's success will also be measured on medium and long-term category project pipelines developed, there are no direct P&L responsibilities associated with the position.

You will use your deep consumer insights to build and deliver top-notch programs and presentations, showcasing our modern products and solutions. As an important member of our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Innovation team, you will:

Lead category strategy and innovation:

  • Develop and implement the Beverages category strategy and innovation roadmap (3 year Horizon).
  • Identify gaps and business opportunities in Beverages category and drive regional projects to address them.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Regional Product Manager, Technical teams, Flavour Creation, Consumer & Sensory Insights etc.

Partner with local markets to provide expertise to our customers:

  • Continuously build and update customer trends, capabilities, and innovative presentations that align with regional and global strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of new Beverages concepts in collaboration with our Consumer and Sensory Insights, Application and Flavour Creation teams.
  • Ensure our products, technology, and concepts are relevant to the customer brands and local markets.

Collaborate with regional product managers on commercialisation opportunities:

  • Work with regional product managers to commercialize our technologies with the right value proposition.
  • Ensure products and technologies meet market needs and are well-known to customers.

What We are Looking For:

  • University degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing and brand management, preferably in the Beverages or food and beverages industry.
  • Knowledge of B2C marketing, brand building, and value propositions.
  • Experience with innovation with experience in innovation management (advantageous).
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the SAMEA region (20%).
