Catering & System Manager

Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendors Provide technical and functional support to catering and network teams and troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of the catering management system, including automated functionalities such as waste management and supplier integrations. Manage existing automations and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to enhance system capabilities Manage change control and approvals for all EY Food & Handling Menu/Pricing specifications within the data warehouse system. Develop and maintain a self-audit program to ensure robust process controls and compliance frameworks through system reporting. Manage the integration of new catering management systems, including user acceptance testing (UAT), planning, user training and deployment. Develop and deliver training programs for staff and suppliers on all system modules. Bachelor's degree level qualification in relevant subject (business and computer science preferred) Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience experience in managing IT systems. (Preferred catering systems).
