Role Description

We are hiring a highly motivated Center Manager for the newly setup Cafe and Kids Playground business. This is a full-time on-site role. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating events and activities. The Center Manager will also handle budgeting, marketing, strategy implementation and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 30 employees, develop a positive work environment, support the team to deeply integrated with company values and achieve company shared goals
  • Establish and ensure working standard and procedures, alway aim for higher quality of work
  • Grow the business partnering with General Manager
  • Own the budget, including meeting revenue target and maintaining cost budget
  • Build customer relationships, understand customers' need
  • Ensure consistent high food and drink quality
  • Menu development and implementation
  • Plan, coordinate, oversea and reflect each event, ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Inventory, procurement management
  • Ensure compliance to UAE government requirement
  • Oversee and coordinate required maintenance

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum 8 years of Cafe or Restaurant management experience
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
