Job Description - CEO

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the top leader in the organization, responsible for driving company growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning business strategies with the long -term vision of the company. The CEO leads the entire executive team and manages relationships with the board of directors, employees, and external stakeholders. The role requires visionary leadership, strategic decision -making, and effective management to ensure the business’s sustainability and profitability.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 10 -15 years of executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading organizations or large divisions.

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision -making abilities.
Financial acumen and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple functions and geographies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation and growth.
