CFO

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Dubai. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

- Manage cash flow and ensure the company's financial stability

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management team

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring their professional development and growth

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations and laws

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and support in achieving company goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong financial acumen and proven track record of driving financial success

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and laws in the UAE

- Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
