Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial department within a family office of a holding company specializing in commercial real estate, with offices in Russia, Cyprus, and the UAE.

The CFO will manage and lead the financial activities of the holding company, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate, REITs, and hands-on experience in financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and auditing activities according to international standards.

• Conduct plan vs. actual financial analysis to identify variances and trends.

• Prepare and present financial reports for multiple countries within the holding structure.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Interact with banks for financial transactions and relationship management.

• Develop and implement best practices for financial control and reporting.

• Assist in structuring investment deals in commercial real estate.

• Supervise and manage the accounting team.

• Report directly to the CEO and provide financial insights and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Audit, or Accounting. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in finance, with at least several years in senior financial leadership roles.

• Proven experience in commercial real estate and REITs.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and multi-country reporting.

• Previous experience in holding companies.

• Experience in structuring investment deals is preferred.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Fluency in both Russian and English.

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule.

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
