GamaAviation is currently recruiting for an experienced Charter SalesExecutive to join our innovative and expanding Charter Sales Teambased in the UAE. The Charter Sales Executive drives and maximizescharter sales revenues on Gama Aviations managed aircraft andprovide aviation solutions to our global client base. Working aspart of a team the role is to ensure that clients receive accuratetimely information and response relating to travel enquiries andcharter requests.
This position would be wellsuited to a wellrounded individual with the ability to deliverfirst class customer service. Able to deliver under pressure andexceed client expectations the Charter Sales Executive providessolutions to our established client network whilst capturing newclient leads and converting opportunities. Candidates must evidenceexperience of working within business aviation / airline industryor associated industry roles highlighting their understanding ofoperational requirements and responsibilities. Additionally therewill be times when the individual may need to work evenings andweekends to ensure the successful completion of tasks and to meetclient needs.
Within Charter Sales no two daysare the same so the ability to multitask is an absolute essential.This role has to opportunity to work with world class music andentertainment clients financial powerhouse and private individuals.

Integrateinto a global charter sales team with support from the UK team andwork as part of the team to create and implement salesstrategies.
Deliver world class aviationsolutions to the global charter market.
Drivesales and achieve sales revenue targets.
Retain existing client demand and generate new businessleads.
Build and deliver strong client andsupplier relationships within the business aviation community anddirect client base.
Responsively andaccurately deliver charter quotations.
Managethe charter sale life cycle.
Manage the CRMsystem.
Analyse market trends and competitoractivity.
Analyse aircraft pricing andvariable costs.
Represent the company andproject the group profile and products to the wider charteraudience.
Willingness to work outofhours andweekends on a roster system as necessary to support charterdemand.
/ Skills Qualifications and Experiencerequired:
Essential
Evidenceof Business Aviation / Airline / Travel Industry (or associatedindustry) sales or brokering experience
Experience within a sales environment.
Demonstrate initiative selfmotivation and the capability to workeffectively independently.
Ability to develop relationshipswith stakeholders / clients / groupdepartments.
Excellent written and verbalEnglish language. High standard of numeracy.
IT literate with experience of MS Officeapplications.
Proactive natural communicatorwith a strong interpersonal skillset.
Highattention to detail. An adaptable and resourcefulpersonality.
Ability to selfmotivate performand deliver under pressure in time criticalenvironments.
Confident prospector (experiencewith cold calling is desirable).
Career drivenwith an ambition to retain career path within the aviationindustry.
