Chef De Partie

Luxurious hotel in Dubairenowned for its exceptional dining experiences and worldclassculinary team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chefde Partie to join our team and contribute to the continued successof our awardwinningrestaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Leada team of cooks and ensure efficient operation of a specifickitchen station (e.g. hot appetizers saucier gardemanger).
• Develop and implement culinarystrategies to ensure consistent quality and presentation ofdishes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staffensuring adherence to the higheststandards.
• Oversee menu development and recipecreation for the assigned station ensuring alignment with theoverall restaurant vision.
• Manage inventory andordering of ingredients for the station minimizing waste andmaximizing cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliancewith all food safety and hygiene regulations maintaining a cleanand organized workstation.
• Collaborate withother departments to ensure smooth and efficient service maximizingguestsatisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimumof 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a highvolume finedining environment.
• Proven ability to lead andmanage a team of cookseffectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in aspecific culinary area (e.g. hot appetizers saucier garde manger)with a comprehensive understanding of relevant techniques andprinciples.
• Strong knife skills attention todetail and the ability to consistently deliver visually appealingand flavorful dishes.
• Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicateinstructions and provide constructivefeedback.
• Passion for food and a commitment todelivering exceptional diningexperiences.
• Portfolio with photographs of yourculinary creations.
• Excellent spokenEnglish.
