Chef de Partie - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a prime opportunity to work in an elegant and fast-paced environment where quality, creativity, and excellence in culinary arts are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to discerning guests while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu standards and hotel guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely completion of all food items from your station.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and development.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen stations.
• Manage inventory and control food wastage to optimize the kitchen’s efficiency.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering quality culinary experiences.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be currently in UAE
