Coordinate daily tasks with the SousChef or Executive Chef
Follow the instructionsand recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete thedaily tasks
Ensure the highest standards andconsistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to datewith the new products, recipes and preparationtechniques
Instruct and lead subordinatesthrough their daily requirements in food preparation and activelytake part in set up and supervising of buffets and specialfunctions
Coordinate and participate with othersections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and costcontrol
Consult and check on dailyrequirements, functions and last minuteevents
Guide and train the subordinates on adaily basis to ensure high motivation and economical workingenvironment
