Chef de Partie Kitchen

We are hiring a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage a specific section of the kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft and is committed to consistency, speed, and hygiene in every service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present dishes according to recipe and plating standards.

· Take charge of your designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, etc.).

· Assist in mise en place and timely food prep for service.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.

· Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP.

· Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth coordination.

· Support junior staff and work closely with Senior CDPs and Sous Chefs.

Requirements

· Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.

· High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

· HACCP Certified and familiar with kitchen safety practices.

· Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

· Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.

· Good communication and time management skills.

· Team-oriented with a passion for food and quality.
