Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for various dining experiences at the resort.
• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring all culinary operations run smoothly.
• Maintain consistent food quality and adhere to portion control guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, including fresh produce and supplies, and assist in ordering.
• Stay informed about current culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in fine dining or luxury hotels.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and presentation skills.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proficient in managing kitchen operations and leading a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
