About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and planning. The ideal candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi and bring a strong background across multiple industries, including healthcare, real estate, construction, and other relevant sectors.

This is a key leadership role that requires sharp financial acumen, excellent strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and streamline financial processes across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Oversee financial reporting, audits, risk management, and compliance

• Drive cost-efficiency, investment planning, and profitability across departments

• Collaborate with executive leadership to support growth and expansion initiatives

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders

• Implement and monitor internal controls and financial systems

• Provide leadership to the finance team across multiple business units

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role

• Extensive background in at least three or more industries, especially healthcare, real estate, and construction

• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred

• Advanced knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and reporting tools

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately
