You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and business teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen market presence, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on marketing investment.

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic business decisions through market insights and data-driven recommendations.
Performance Marketing Excellence
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, social media, display advertising, video, mobile, and emerging digital channels.
Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize marketing ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, attribution models, and customer behavior to drive continuous optimization.
Develop scalable growth frameworks supported by analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
Build, scale, and manage a robust affiliate marketing ecosystem that drives incremental revenue and customer acquisition.
Establish strategic relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, media partners, and performance-driven marketing partners.
Design commission structures, incentive programs, and partner engagement models that maximize channel effectiveness.
Track affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize partnership strategies to increase channel contribution.
Brand Growth & Customer Engagement
Strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and customer loyalty through integrated marketing campaigns.
Develop customer lifecycle strategies that improve engagement, retention, and long-term value.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
Analytics, Innovation & Business Impact
Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure business impact.
Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities.
Drive marketing technology adoption, automation, and AI-powered marketing initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles.
Proven expertise in Performance Marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
Deep experience building and scaling Affiliate Marketing programs and strategic partnership networks.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing marketing teams and manage large-scale budgets.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
