Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

We are seeking an exceptional and professionalcustomer-centric Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the Sales department with 23staff members. This CSO is expert in the art of a deal, charismatic, engagingand inspirational to their team.

You are a Manager at the top of your professionderived from sales background and strong customer service. You have proven yourability to manage significant teams by demonstrating your strong leadershipskills. You are ready for a completely new challenge and have the energy totackle an ambitious and demanding management role. You have strong intellectualand social skills, and the knowledge and rigour not to compromise on standards.

In this role you will manage the sales team, includingall on-boarding and on-going training of your department. You will develop andnurture your team along to the best they can be. You will report directly tothe CEO and COO for all strategy updates and how to implement the CEO’s visionand mission for the Company growth and sales. You are an exciting and effectivetrainer, who motivates their team fromleads generation to satisfied customer sale.

You have efficient IT skills enabling fast andaccurate sales reporting for management. You have high attention to detail andquality standards, maintaining data integrity and CRM Systems. You workeffectively and constructively in a regulatory environment; Competent in MSOffice Packages and competent in Quality Management Systems.

Your personality ensures strong staff and customerrapport within a multi-cultural environment, within a sensitive industry. Youroversight to your team ensures the customer journey is fulfilled and neverknowingly undersold. Your problem solving skills evoke motivation andinspiration in your team to think outside the box and become problem-solversthemselves. You have a desire to create excellence in your team demonstrated inthe ability to hit company KPI’s and increase customer satisfaction.

Salary range AED 25,000- 30,000 + full companybenefits.
