Job Description - Civil Draftsman Roads Infrastructure

Prepare detailed drawings andplans for civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, andbuildings.
Collaborate with engineers andarchitects to understand project requirements and incorporatedesign changes.
Utilize computer-aided design(CAD) software to create and modifydrawings.
Ensure accuracy and compliance withindustry standards and specifications in alldrawings.
Review and interpret technicaldocuments, such as blueprints and surveyreports.
Assist in the preparation of projectcost estimates and materialtakeoffs.
Communicate effectively with teammembers to clarify design requirements and resolve any issues ordiscrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofCAD software and industry trends.
Adhere toproject deadlines and prioritize taskseffectively.
Collaborate with other draftsmenand professionals to ensure projectsuccess.
