*Job Summary:*

We are hiring a *Civil Engineer* specializing in Dubai Municipality approvals. The role involves handling government approvals, site coordination, and ensuring all projects comply with local regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and submit drawings, documents, and applications for Dubai Municipality approvals

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for project approvals and inspections

- Follow up on NOCs, permits, and other regulatory requirements

- Ensure all site activities and documentation comply with Dubai Municipality codes and standards

- Maintain project documentation, track approval status, and provide regular updates

- Conduct site visits and liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and approval-related issues

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* 2 -5years in Civil Engineering with exposure to Dubai Municipality processes

- *Qualification:* Degree in Civil Engineering

- *License:* Valid UAE Driving License - *Mandatory*

- *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and approval procedures

- *Skills:* Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills

- *Other:* Ability to work independently, manage multiple approvals, and handle client/authority interactions professionally
