Civil Forman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers and subcontractors.
  

• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the site.
  

• Plan and assign tasks based on project timelines and workforce availability.
  

• Monitor the use of materials and equipment to avoid wastage.
  

• Inspect work progress and resolve any construction or personnel issues.
  

• Maintain daily reports on labor, progress, and incidents.
  

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  

• Ensure timely execution of civil tasks including excavation, concreting, shuttering, and finishing works.
  

• Implement corrective measures when construction deviations are identified.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).
  

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman (4+ years).
  

• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
  

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, schedules, and BOQs.
  

• Experience in managing labor teams and subcontractors.
