• Education:Bachelors or Masters Degree in CivilEngineering.
• Nationality:Lebanese Syrian or Iraqi (Palestinians and Egyptians will not beconsidered).
• Residency:Must be living and working in AbuDhabi.
• Exclusion:Candidates currently employed by Trojan Construction will not beconsidered.

JobDescription:

We are seeking an experienced andhighly motivated Civil Project Manager/Construction Manager to leadour construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record in managing highrise buildingsresidential villas or hotel constructionprojects.

KeyResponsibilities:

• ProjectManagement: Oversee all aspects of constructionprojects from planning to completion ensuring projects arecompleted on time within budget and to the highest qualitystandards.
• TeamLeadership: Lead and manage project teams includingengineers architects contractors and laborers fostering acollaborative and efficient workingenvironment.
• BudgetManagement: Develop and manage project budgetsmonitor expenses and ensure cost control measures are inplace.
• Scheduling:Create detailed project schedules coordinate activities and managetimelines to ensure timely projectdelivery.
• QualityControl: Implement and enforce quality controlprocedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds projectspecifications andstandards.
• SafetyCompliance: Ensure all site activities comply withsafety regulations and company policies promoting a safe andhealthy work environment.
• ClientCommunication: Serve as the main point of contactfor clients providing regular updates and addressing any concernsor issues promptly.
• ProblemSolving: Identify potential project risks anddevelop mitigation strategies resolving any issues that ariseduring the constructionprocess.
