Civil Site Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor will oversee civil execution activities on-site and ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have experience handling day-to-day supervision of structural and finishing works in high-rise construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil work including excavation, formwork, concreting, and finishing.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with site engineers.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and provide updates to the engineering team.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with HSE norms.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of UAE experience in similar roles.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
