Job Description - Civil Supervisors

Sisco Jobs is facilitating an exclusive global talent search on behalf of an international client for experienced Civil Supervisors to oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site execution, managing labor teams, enforcing strict health and safety protocols, reading technical blueprints, and ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are fully met.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on site supervision experience in major civil construction projects.
Proven expertise in blueprint reading, quality control inspections, and resource management.
Valid passport with clean travel history and readiness for overseas relocation.
