Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clerk with a strong background in Data Entry or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, tailored for the oil & gas construction industry. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our project data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our engineering and construction teams through effective clerical work.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with high accuracy, ensuring all project-related data is current and accessible.

Assist in the preparation of project documents, including reports, proposals, and correspondence relevant to the engineering and construction teams.

Coordinate and organize project files, documents, and materials, ensuring efficient information flow and accessibility.

Support project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and following up on action items.

Liaise with project stakeholders to collect, compile, and distribute project-related information as required.

Implement and maintain procedures for document control to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Provide administrative support to the engineering team, assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications when necessary.

Analyze and organize technical data related to project specifications and outcomes.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the office and project environments.
