Clinical Pathologist

Talentspoc is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in diagnosing diseases through the meticulous evaluation of laboratory results. Your work will directly impact patient care, guiding treatment decisions and ensuring the highest standards of laboratory practice are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret complex laboratory data, generating precise pathology reports.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to facilitate diagnosis and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain quality control standards and compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Contribute to the education and training of laboratory personnel and medical trainees.
• Engage in ongoing research and clinical trials to enhance laboratory services.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• MD or DO degree with specialization in Clinical Pathology.
• Board certification in Clinical Pathology required.
• A valid medical license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical pathology experience.
• Deep understanding of diagnostic laboratory practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
