Clinical Psychologist

Collaborate with HR in the recruitment, selection, and promotion of air crew/core staff, including conducting psychological evaluations and providing recommendations based on assessment findings. Provide evidence-based counselling and therapy to EY community including aircrew and flight deck crew Master's or Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution Licensed or eligible for licensure as a psychologist in the UAE Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, aviation industry preferred Specialization or experience in aviation psychology preferred Must be familiar with a variety of clinical assessment tools, therapeutic practices and procedures related to mental health
