• Prepare the expensesbudget
• Ensure vacation, Public Holidays andlieu days are used to the needs of thebusiness
• Ensure that the payroll is submittedto HR on the agreed date

• Train and develop the team andprovide support when required
• Ensure all directreports have a Personal Development Plan to achieve theirgoals
• Ensure that effective communication flowis maintained at all times
• Actively participatein the community involvement projects and initiatives together withthe hotel’s managementteam
• Maintaining a business environment basedon the Code of Conduct and CompanyVision
• Ability to lead and manage a team ofstewards effectively.
• Strong communicationskills to convey expectations and provideguidance.
• Efficient planning and organizationalabilities to coordinate the workflow in the stewardingdepartment.
• Quick and effective problem-solvingskills to address any issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, orequipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with andadherence to health and safety regulations and sanitation standardsin a hospitality setting.
• Good interpersonalskills to work collaboratively with other departments and foster apositive working environment.
