Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership rolewithin a Hotel and collaborating with businessstakeholders
• Minimum 1 -3 years’experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 starexperience.
• An excellent understanding ofC&E sales and corporate sales / accountmanagement.
• An understanding of luxury guestexpectations and desire to meet theseexpectations.
• Good understanding of MicrosoftOffice applications
• Projects professional imageat all times through personal presentation/ interpersonalskills.
• Maintains awareness of industry trendsin service, product and presentation.
• Initiatescontacts and establishes rapporteasily.
• Organises time and workefficiently.
