About the Company:

Our client is a 4-year-old Insurance Aggregator in UAE looking to scale and therefore seeking investment and expansion of the team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Founder/COO to join their team to revolutionize the insurance industry in the UAE. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the overall business strategy, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Identify and analyse market trends and opportunities, shaping the company's direction to capitalize on them.
• Build and manage a strong team of talented individuals across various functions.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and controls to ensure smooth functioning and scalability.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, driving profitability and sustainable growth.

Investment and Partnerships:

• Contribute a significant personal investment in return for equity ownership.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.

Marketing and Sales:

• Develop and execute effective and sales strategies to acquire and retain customers.
• Build strong relationships with insurance providers and negotiate favourable terms.

Technology:

• Drive the efficient use of company CRM and provide feedback on continuous improvement.
• Ensure training and adoption of partner portals.
• Be a part of the technology transformation of the organization.

People and Culture:

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, attracting and retaining top talent.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and ownership within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven entrepreneurial experience in building and scaling successful businesses, ideally in the insurance or technology sector.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.
• Deep understanding of the UAE insurance market and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for technology and its potential to transform the insurance industry.

Compensation:

Attractive profit/revenue sharing terms, including significant equity ownership based on investment and performance.
