Job Description - Collection Executive

Description
As a Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from our clients. You will be working closely with our sales and finance teams to maintain a healthy cash flow and manage outstanding debts. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its payment processes.

Responsibilities

Contact clients to collect payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment statuses.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client payment plans and agreements.
Negotiate and agree on payment terms with clients when necessary.
Identify and escalate potential payment risks or disputes to the relevant teams.
Prepare and send out payment reminders and follow-up emails.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding collections.
Provide regular updates on collection progress to the finance team.
Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when dealing with clients.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a collections or accounts receivable role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using MS Office and collections management software.
Knowledge of UAE real estate market and payment processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Arabic national preferred.
