To manage the Entire sales and marketing function through developing core market strategy and product development initiatives either manufacture or finished goods

1. Managing the entire sales dept, directing and developing Managers skills to ensure ability to surpass budget expectations

5. Budget and Marginal Analysis throughout the year ensuring achieving or exceeding

6. Developing Key Relationships with Strategic market influencers

Professional experience

-       Minimum 6yrs Building Materials industry experience

-       UAE exposure a necessity

-       Experience of New Market Development

-       Minimum of 7yrs senior sales and marketing management

1. 5.     Education and Qualifications Required

Bachelors Degree (preferably engineering)
