Required Qualifications And Experience

Post Graduate studies in Business Management with total experience of 12+ years in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare. Having at least 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics and Reporting and team handling. Strong understanding of FMCG / Consumer Healthcare GTM and well-versed with-sales IT systems namely, Handheld, SFA, DMS, Master Data Management. Experience in handling sales IT projects and rolling them out at national level. Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize large data points to arrive at actionable insights. Proven track record in collaboration, influencing, stakeholder management, project management and execution skills. Self-driven, energetic, strong in operations and comfortable with ambiguity.
