Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role in Dubai, UAE. While we focus on structured accountability and high performance, we understand that commercial brokerage requires extensive fieldwork, client meetings, and networking. We provide optimized scheduling and support without micromanagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure premium commercial real estate opportunities across Dubai.

  • Asset Specialization: Work across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including offices, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, plots, and entire buildings.

  • Transaction Management: Manage the entire deal lifecycle from initial inquiry, property inspections, and complex negotiations to successful closing.

  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor providing data-driven market insights, rental comparisons (RERA index), location analysis, and strategic ROI recommendations.

  • Network Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, landlords, business owners, developers, and external agencies.

  • Niche Development: Define and dominate a specific commercial niche (e.g., industrial, plots, retail, or premium office spaces) to meet sales, leasing, and listing targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, property sales, or high-ticket B2B sales.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, contract structures, tenant representation, and landlord representation.

  • Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate landscape, emerging business hubs, and regulations is a distinct advantage.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, financial yields, and provide professional investment recommendations.

  • Drive: Self-motivated, highly organized, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
