Commercial Sales Manager- Estée Lauder Companies Middle East.
We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our Dubai based Middle East Commercial team.
This impactful role is primarily responsible for enhancing the efficiency and governance of the entire commercial value chain- with particular attention to establishing sustainable and agile business processes with distributors.

About The Role (Key Responsibilities)
You will be responsible for:
· Cascading the commercial strategy
· Developing yearly/3Y Business plans: Retail sales, purchases
· Negotiating business drivers and commercial terms
· Leading monthly business reviews and quarterly meetings with top management
· Implementing monthly trackers/KPIs by distributor
· Managing day to day operations with partners
· Being the #1 POC for external partners on the brand

About You
You will be/ have:
· Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Sales/Distribution in the region.
· 5Y experience in distribution and operations
· Mid-senior position sales/area manager previous experience
· Strong experience in distributor management and negotiation
· Experienced in financial planning – Top and Bottom Line
· Experienced in Demand planning – forecast, SIOP
· Capacity to manage various stakeholders and complex business models
· Very strong analytical skills
· Confident with multi-tasking
